The programme consists of a range of standalone workshops and ongoing support, designed to equip you with the knowledge, strategies and techniques to step confidently into your Second Spring.
Masterclass
Our masterclasses are focused on that perennial workplace issue: stress.
That's because the interplay between stress and menopause acts to intensify both, making stress management the first priority for most women. (It's not surprising that 68% of women with menopausal symptoms report increased stress at work.*)
The masterclass sheds light on the cause/effect feedback loop, and equips you with effective strategies and techniques to break the cycle.
We run our masterclasses at your place of work, for groups of women within the organisation. They are usually conducted in-person, although online options are also available.

One-day off-site workshop
The one-day workshop fully explores the concept of Second Spring, providing you with a framework that fosters understanding, self-awareness and purposeful action.
The day speaks to both mind and body. We give insight into the causes and symptoms of menopause, and explore their impacts. And you also learn breathwork techniques and yoga movement that ease stress, aid concentration and build physical and mental strength.
The workshop also uses strengths-based tools to highlight your personal talents and motivations, and make sure they're not stifled by the effects of menopause.
These one-day sessions take place at a venue within easy reach of London and are open to all women who feel they would benefit.

Two-day deep dive
Our two-day residential retreat allows you to fully immerse yourself in Second Spring thinking, allowing the space and time to examine the concept - and your own journey - in depth.
Open to small cohorts of women who may be approaching, living through, or moving beyond menopause, the residential format creates an enduring sense of community and shared experience.

Ongoing support
In addition to our programme of workshops, we provide ongoing support to help women reframe menopause as their Second Spring, to celebrate and exercise the wisdom that comes with experience. Our services include:
